Unfortunately hard to observe in this picture - but the shell in this soup had the most radiant green coloring to it. It made me wonder where the muscle came from, how far. I grew up scavenger hunting for muscles on the New England shorelines. All you saw was blue and pearl when you cracked open the shells. I wonder where and what made this vibrant green variation...
